C. Our Role

cscoventrymobilemechanic.co.uk acts solely as a booking intermediary, connecting customers with independent mobile mechanics. These mechanics operate under their own business names and manage their own schedules. Any agreements regarding service scope, payment, warranties, or disputes (including charges, parts, or quality of workmanship) are solely between the customer and the mobile mechanic.

cscoventrymobilemechanic.co.uk does not resolve such disputes or issue refunds in relation to the mechanic’s work, but we may provide contact details for the relevant mechanic where appropriate.

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience by maintaining an up-to-date booking platform. Once a customer pays the appointment confirmation fee, the vehicle services are purchased directly from the mobile mechanic and not from cscoventrymobilemechanic.co.uk.


D. Service Details and Limitations

Our website promotes a range of vehicle repair, diagnostic, and inspection services carried out by independent mobile mechanics. We provide service descriptions, pricing guidance, and appointment scheduling, but we are not responsible for the actual performance of the services.

E. Mechanic Availability

We aim to connect you with a local mobile mechanic wherever possible. However, if no mechanic is available at your requested time or location, we may refer a mechanic from another area.


F. Booking Policies

Non-Refundable Fees:
Once paid, the appointment confirmation fee is final and non-refundable if you cancel the booking.

Service Non-Delivery:
If we are unable to connect you with a mobile mechanic, or if your appointment is not attended, we will issue a full refund upon request.

Sharing Contact Information:
Your contact details may be shared with the assigned mobile mechanic to help facilitate the delivery of the service.

Cancellations:
In circumstances beyond our control (for example, mechanic unavailability), we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and provide a full refund of the appointment confirmation fee.


G. Payments for Vehicle Services

Before any repair work begins, customers must confirm and agree the hourly labour rate, estimated time required, and any parts costs directly with the mobile mechanic.
